Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the victim C to the Busan metropolitan bank account in the name of the victim and embezzled KRW 2,50,000,00 from the successful bidder at auction on November 27, 2016 to the Busan metropolitan bank account in the name of the victim and stored for the victim by arbitrarily consuming KRW 2,50,000,000,000 from the victim, while he/she received KRW 3 million from the successful bidder at auction to the Busan metropolitan bank account in the name of the victim.
