Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.077% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a B rocketing car from around 2km to the road near the Yanannam-gun, Yannam-gun apartment complex, Sampo-si, Sampo-si, Seoul, to the front of the Yannam-si Mapo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si.
