Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On February 16, 2014, at around 20:25, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.115% in a distance of about 500 meters from a restaurant where it is impossible to know the trade name in the Seoul-do, Young-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul-do, and the front road of the Central Park at approximately 500 meters.
