1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as stated in the part of the judgment of the first instance except for the corresponding part of the judgment of the first instance as stated in the following paragraph (2). Thus, this is citing it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Drawing up the “G” of the first instance judgment in the part to “W building” under the second instance judgment of the court of first instance.

A. According to the first instance court's decision Nos. 9 through 10, "this case's agreement for accord and satisfaction" shall be used as "this case's agreement for accord and satisfaction and the time-limit for the agreement for parcelling-out", and the second instance court's decision shall read "the fact that the sales contract of this case bears the seal of E in the seller's column" as "the fact that the E's seal impression is attached to the sales contract of this case's "the buyer's seal impression is affixed", and the third through second of the first instance court's decision "this case's sales contract of this case is open to the buyer's column" shall be read as "the seller's seal impression is not affixed to the seller's column and the buyer's column is blank."

A. On the 5th of the first instance judgment, the lower court determined that “the facts such as the above” alone are “the facts admitted and the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff A”.

A. According to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to “the above-mentioned facts and the evidence submitted by the Plaintiffs.”

3. The decision of the court of first instance is justified, and all appeals by the plaintiffs are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
