A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

누구든지 게임 물등급위원 회로부터 등급 분류를 받은 게임 물과 다른 내용의 게임 물을 이용에 제공하여서는 아니 됨에도, 피고인은 2016. 01. 26. 경부터 2016. 2. 16. 경까지 강릉시 B, 2 층에 있는 'C 게임 장 '에서, 게임 물등급위원 회로부터 게임 자동 진행 기능이 없는 내용으로 등급 분류를 받은 ‘ 골드 샷’( 등급 분류번호 : 제 CC-NA-100428-003 호) 게임 기 29대에 버튼을 누르지 않아도 자동 진행되도록 자동 진행 모드 프로그램을 설치하여 변조한 후, 위 게임 장을 이용하는 불특정 손님들 로 하여금 게임 물관리 위원회로부터 등급을 받은 내용과 다른 내용의 게임 물을 이용에 제공하였다.
