1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 3, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On May 9, 2009, the Plaintiff: (a) around May 9, 2009, lent to the Defendant 24% interest rate of KRW 50 million per annum; and (b) on May 9, 2010, the due date for repayment was determined and lent.

However, the Defendant paid only interest or interest on delay up to May 2014 to the Plaintiff.

B. Therefore, as the Plaintiff seeks, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 3, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the application for the instant payment order, as the Plaintiff seeks.
