1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from November 19, 201 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On November 19, 201, the Plaintiff loaned 50 million won interest to the Defendant on a monthly basis (2 million won per month) and the due date on November 18, 2013.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 25% per annum, which is subject to the limitation under the Interest Limitation Act, from November 19, 201 to the date of full payment, as the loan obligation, to the Plaintiff, with the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 25% per annum.
