The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. The Defendant engaged in the business of selling, lending, and repairing private documents in the industry of the PE company, and retired from the company B, and commenced the business of selling, lending, and repairing private documents in the trade name of the PE company independently, and engaged in the business of selling, leasing, and repairing private documents in B.

D, E was employed as an employee and worked together.

On May 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, prepared an English document stating that, for the purpose of utteringing at the above C office on the date in the foregoing B office, the above D, “C” means a repair estimate in the name of the above “GE E M&C level,” and the above E, “C” means “GE M&V level,” under the title of “GE M&V level,” a serial number 128A042 equipment repair.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, forged a letter of repair estimates in the name of “GEurur & Convisl”, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and sent the forged repair estimates to F of the Hung Industrial Employees F, a customer who is aware of the foregoing circumstances, by e-mail as if they were actually formed.

B. The Defendants conspired to commit fraud in collusion with the victim's creative industry company to repair the repair cost estimate, even if they did not request the GE agency's repair company's "GEsurur & control level", which is the phishing company, and did not intend to set the repair cost at their own discretion. However, around May 2014, the Defendants forged the repair estimate of the "GEsururship and control level" at the C office, such as the preceding paragraph, and attempted to deceive the victim by e-mail and send it to the GE company as if they received the estimate of the repair cost, and to acquire it by deceiving the victim by claiming the repair cost estimate which they decided at will more than the arm's length price.
