The 1-B, Da, and 2-2 of the judgment, shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 1-month for the defendant's 1-A and 1-B of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and the above judgment was finalized on February 21, 2013.

1. Fraud of selling secondhand goods on the Internet;

A. On September 12, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet D'E (E) car page in which there is no intention or ability to sell an article because the fact does not exist, and the Defendant reported and contacted the above writing to the victim F, who “I will send the price first to the Plaintiff. I will send the wrong set.”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 900,000 on September 13, 2012 from the damaged person as the price for the goods, and acquired KRW 300,000 on September 15, 201 to the G bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 1,20,000 in total from the victim to the G bank account under the name of the Defendant.

B. On May 6, 2013, the Defendant posted an article on the PC Game room located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, stating that “The sale of Nowon-gu” is “E” on the Internet D “E” page without any intent or capacity to sell goods, and that “on the first sending of the price to the victim I who reported and contacted the above article.”

The Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim, and deceiving him/her from the damaged person as a price for the goods, shall be KRW 590,000 on May 6, 2013, and the same month.

7. 584,00 won was transferred to the above G bank account in the name of the defendant, and acquired the total of KRW 1,174,000 by fraud.

On December 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in the private village of Busan Jung-gu, Busan Jung-gu; and (b) was in the Internet D'E (E) car page in which there is no intention or ability to sell goods, and the Defendant did not have any goods.

The phrase “sale of household appliances” was written to the victim K and the victim L, who reported and contacted the above language, read “to send home appliances if you send the proceeds first.”

The Defendant is identical to this.
