Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had no intention or ability to pay the insurance premium even if the victim B (54 years old) paid the insurance premium on behalf of the victim.

1) On September 20, 201, the victim in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, “Del” 402, and the victim is entitled to subscribe to the pension insurance that he/she has to prepare for the old age.

First of all, it is necessary to receive 26 million won as the construction cost if the insurance premium is paid by substitute, and if the payment is made, it will pay the insurance premium.

Accordingly, the victim had the victim purchase the pension insurance amount of KRW 24 million in the total amount of total insurance with 10,000 per month paid in 200,000,000 per month in the name of the defendant, and 40,000 won in total of 20,000,000 won of the premium in October of 9-10.

2) On October 201, 201, the first police officer called the victim’s phone, and called the victim’s phone, “I want to buy an insurance policy to be bad and to pay the insurance premium to the victim. I want to pay the insurance premium to the victim.”

Accordingly, the defendant acquired a total of 720,000 won property profit.
