Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who works as an insurance designer for a branch office of C insurance company (agency for the consignment sale of insurance products) in North Korea Kim Jong-si.
1. The Defendant, when the insurance designer is engaged in insurance business, paid in advance 40 to 50% of the subscription fees from the insurance company in the following month, paid in installments for a certain period of 40 to 50%, and received additional incentives, etc. other than the commission fees, and thus, if the Defendant maintains the contract by paying the premium for a certain period of 1-2 years, the cumulative fees are more incurred even excluding the substitute payment, and it is difficult for the insurance company to examine or trace whether to pay the premium by proxy, using the fact that the insurance company will pay the premium to the relatives of the neighborhood who did not intend to purchase and maintain the insurance, or to receive the premium by receiving the commission from the insurance company in its name without any intention to maintain the insurance.
