A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on September 13, 2013 to a fine of KRW 1,500,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on September 13, 2007, and a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul East District Court on September 13, 2013.

On July 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.055% among blood transfusion around 02:20 on July 28, 2017, and driven the road of four lanes in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D with four lanes in the direction of pressure-gu long distance from the south side of the high intersection.

A person who drives a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents by keeping the front door and the left and right well and safely driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting this and proceeding as it is, and instead, received the front part of the passenger car driven by the Defendant in front of the traffic of the victim E (53) who was in the atmosphere of the signal prior to the direction of the Defendant’s proceeding (53).

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking under the Road Traffic Act two times or more, drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again, and suffered from the injury of the victim, such as a climatic salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.

From September 16, 2017 to September 22:15, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle C again without obtaining a driver's license from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong to about 1km from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong to the 532 front roads as Seoul is bankrupt.
