A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving), etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on June 10, 2015, a fine of KRW 2 million due to the same crime from the Seoul Central District Court on June 10, 2015, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million from the Suwon District Court on January 22, 2009 as the same crime.

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant driven Cbenz car with alcohol content of about 0.128% at the section of approximately 700 meters in front of the entrance of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-dong Underground shopping center No. 4, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license of around 22:00 on April 12, 2017.

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven a motor vehicle in a state of under the influence of alcohol, while driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, even though he/she had a record of punishment more than twice.

1. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a CLK200 benz car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.091% without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1k section from around 81:18, as Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul bankruptcy, to the E-store located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.091%.

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven a motor vehicle in a state of under the influence of alcohol, while driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, even though he/she had a record of punishment more than twice.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle of SLK20 bents.

On February 28, 2017, the Defendant, at around 23:50 on February 28, 2017, had a brupted letter around E store in Gangnam-gu Seoul, without obtaining a driver's license, with a flusium in the Gu's 3rd apartment.
