Defendant
B The obligor B was bound to deliver the passbook to the voice telephone fraud (one named “Sphishing”) group, and the Defendant C was bound to withdraw cash from the same voice telephone fraud group. Defendant A was obligated to deliver cash. Defendant A, who was named as the organization of the above fraud group, misrepresented an unspecified number of unspecified individuals by calls to the bank staff, etc. to use for the crime, and received cash cards, etc. connected to the said account from the bank staff, etc., and deposited money to the said account again. Defendant B received cash cards, etc. from an unspecified number of unspecified persons under the direction of the above fraud group’s name unsurging, and delivered them to Defendant C upon receipt of the order of the above fraud group’s name unsurging and unsurging from the cash withdrawal machine with the cash withdrawal machine, etc., and Defendant C came to gather the money received from Defendant C in the order of direct delivery of the unsurging books.
