Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Daejeon District Court on March 24, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

"2018 Highest 2565" the Defendant boarded the E-si operated by the victim D (the age of 57) in front of the "Ccafeteria" located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, and brought the case to the G Hospital located in Daejeon Seo-gu F, Daejeon, while the victim said that he would be well aware of the location of the taxi, the taxi engineer was aware of it, and expressed a bath.

At around 00:30 on May 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) in front of an I restaurant located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; (b) the victim was to listen to and get off the above bath; (c) the victim took a taxi in the above place; and (d) took three times a part of the victim’s face on drinking for the reason that the Defendant was living together with the Defendant; and (d) the victim assaulted the victim who would be able to sleep the victim with his hand.

On August 14, 2018, the Defendant reported 112 in front of the K cafeteria located in the Seo-gu Daejeon District Court on August 14, 2018, at around 03:26, the Defendant reported 112 to the effect that “any person is dead.... is dead without sending a police officer as soon as possible........., the Defendant demanded that M of the position of the Daejeon Police Station for the Daejeon Police Station dispatched upon receipt of the report “I will die...... to find N houses.”

그러자 피고인은 갑자기 피해자에게 “내가 빵에서 오늘 나왔는데 나하고 맞짱 뜰래, 이 씹할 놈아.”라고 욕설을 하면서 피고인의 발로 피해자의 오른쪽 정강이를 걷어찼다.

Since then, the defendant is the victim of obstruction of performance of official duties.
