Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2016, at around 06:10, the Defendant, while drunk in front of the C cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu Northern-gu, the Defendant, without any particular reason, expressed to the police officer E belonging to the D District Police Station D (GJ) of the Daegu Northern-gu Police Station, “Woog, police rings, kids, and kids, died.” On November 13, 2016, the Defendant was fluored with the said police officer’s right-to-face-to-face and knicked with the said police officer’s knee.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a police official, interfered with the patrol of the above E and the legitimate execution of duties concerning the 112 report processing.
