Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On November 11, 2012, between November 11, 2010 and 15:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance door of the second floor of the housing located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City by using concrete pipes; (b) 90,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim; and (c) 18 km in cash amounting to 160,000 won in market price; and (d) stolen the victim’s property.

The Defendant, including this, stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 3,681,000 in total from November 11, 2012 to February 13, 2013, as shown in the separate crime list, on seven occasions in total.
