A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:00 on February 9, 2020, the Defendant intruded the victim B’s house located in Changwon-si’s counter C 1, and opened up to the inner bank through the rear door of the victim B, and 5 passbooks (two passbooks, two passbooks, and one passbook) in the name of the victim, who is the victim of the cremation located in the cremation, and one film camera and one camera frop, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000,000,000, in the market price of the victim’s own, consisting of 1 pairs, and 10,000,000,000,000 won, in the case of the victim’s ownership located in the cremation.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. Crimes against the victim D banks and E banks;

A. On February 29, 2020, the Defendant collected and stored a bank passbook (H) in the name of B, which was stolen in advance, from the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim D bank located in front of the Seongbuk-gu G award in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 2020, and withdrawn KRW 2,10,000 in cash by entering the passwords stated in the passbook.

B. At around 19:52 on February 29, 2020, the Defendant collected a bank passbook (J) in the name of B, which was stolen in advance, from the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim E bank established in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and withdrawn KRW 700,000 in cash by inserting the passwords stated in the passbook.

C. At around 07:09 on March 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stored a bank passbook (J) in the name of B, which was stolen in advance, in the cash withdrawal machine described in the above B B; and (b) withdrawn KRW 700,000 in cash by inputting the password stated in the passbook.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.
