피고인은 2013. 3. 31. 13:00경 경북 경주시 B에 있는 'C' 사무실에서 술에 취하여 피해자가 자신에 대하여 험담을 하였다는 이유로 손가락으로 피해자의 눈을 수차례 찌르고, 주먹으로 얼굴을 수차례 때리고, 발로 온몸을 수차례 걷어찬 후, 피해자가 이를 피하여 도망하자 따라 나와 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 때려 넘어뜨리고, 발로 배와 다리 부위를 수차례 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as cutting off the body of a single fry, outside of the cage cages, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
