Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2012, at around 17:00, the Defendant moved at the Defendant’s house located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu 202, and reported the victim C (n, 49 years of age) who was divingd in the house, and left the victim’s face by drinking two descendants, and walked the victim’s face at several times due to drinking, and taken the victim’s face at about four weeks of treatment, the Defendant laid down the closed end of a single set other than the dunes of the dunes.
