Punishment of the crime

Around July 20, 2012, the Defendant concluded a sales contract for the purchase of land of H, I, J, and K with permanent residence owned by the victim G at the F Judicial Scriveners Office located in Si of Permanent Residence on or around July 20, 2012, and concluded a false statement with the victim that “The Defendant would immediately pay KRW 1.425 million for the land price after obtaining permission for the construction of a housing site for the said period,” from July 20, 2012 to July 19, 2013, if the Defendant plans to perform construction of a housing site in Si of permanent residence from July 20, 2012.
