Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.076% with blood alcohol concentration around 03:21, and the Defendant was driving a B-to-purd vehicle within approximately 800 meters from the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeongdong to the roads of 241-17, Jin-dong, Seoul.
