A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 9, 2014, around 01:44, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim D’s house located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the victim’s house located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) caused a theft of one of the post office stacks equivalent to KRW 1,500 in the market price owned by the victim, which was located therein.

2. Ordinary automobile fire prevention;

A. On March 9, 2014, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the water supply cost of KRW 1,260,000 with a single gas engine attached to the victim H owned by G parked on the front of the F in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the water supply cost of KRW 1,260,000 with a single gas engine attached to the front of the victim H 125C Ora, which is operated by the Defendant.

B. On March 9, 2014, at around 01:50, the Defendant was placed in the front parking lot of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan Government J lent, and attached the said gas gas gas gas gas engine to the front engine of the victim L, which is operated by K, and attached a fire to the said vehicle, and had it spread to the front part of the non-breadthed vehicle. Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) destroyed urban gas measuring instruments equivalent to KRW 400,000 in the market price; (b) destroyed urban gas measuring instruments equivalent to KRW 1,375,00 in the market price; and (c) destroyed the repair cost to KRW 600,000 in the repair cost.
