1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

B. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant held an extraordinary general meeting in order to hold an election to elect the president of the Jeju metropolitan group (hereinafter “instant election”) prior to the expiration of the Plaintiff’s term of office, and accordingly, constituted the Defendant’s Election Commission (hereinafter “Defendant’s Election Commission”).

(f) Eligibility as an elector: (i) A regular member under Articles 7 (Qualification as a Member), 8 (Rights of Members), and 9 (Obligations of Regular Members) of the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, who falls under Article 8 (Qualifications of Electors) of the Rules on the Election of Chairperson of the Association; (ii) a person who falls under Article 8 (Qualifications of Electors) of the Rules on the Election of Chairperson of the Association; (iii) a copy of a certificate of official registration under his control shall be sent by November 30 (Act No. 10) for the preparation of a list;
