Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 23, 2010, Defendant A sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to one year and six months of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the said punishment on November 27, 2012.
1. The Defendants conspired to steal money and valuables by intrusioning on low-rises of apartment units at the early night, and Defendant A cut off the Berst with a stringer, damaged the Berst to a string, thereby reporting the network in the vicinity, and shared the role of Defendant B to steals money and valuables, such as precious metals, by intrusion on his house.
At around 20:00 on December 31, 2014, at the victim F's house located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan E apartment 709 Dong-gu 102, the Defendants cut the crime prevention windows installed in the stormer with the stacker prepared by the Defendant A in advance and then pushed the stringer into the new stringer, cut off the stringer in the vicinity of the new string, and reported the network in the vicinity. At around 2,00 won of the market price of 2.2 million won of the market price of the Defendant B by intrusion into the inner strings (10 billion won of the market price of 2.6 million won of the 2.6 million won of the market price (1 million won of the 2.2 million won of the 2.1 million won of the strings, the 200,000 won of the market price, and the 10,000 won of the market price.
Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 6.2 million in total at the market price owned by the victim.
Defendants, in addition to this, together with each other from August 15, 2014 to April 25, 2015, committed an attempted attempt on a total of 48,85,00 won in the market price or on the wind without any money or valuables to be stolen, as shown in attached Table 1.
2. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct on April 17, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the victim G’s house-based E apartment 808 Dong-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, by putting a stone into a small beer or glass window, and attempted to intrude into the victim’s house, but installed within the facility.
