1. The defendant deposited 10,178,100 won with an Ansan District Court of Suwon on November 24, 2005 as the head of Suwon District Court of 4050 in 2005, and 10,178,100 won in 205.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up during the Japanese occupation point period, it is indicated that E (E, address, and public space) was under the circumstances of September 19, 1910, which occurred on September 19, 1910.
B. The sum of the above land is part of the land divided from the land prior to the division of this case, which is a F bank 387 square meters, G river 73 square meters, and H river 187 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

After December 8, 2005, the Defendant completed registration of preservation of ownership in its name with respect to the land of this case. The land of this case was merged into the land of Ansan-gu, Jeonsan-si on March 28, 2008.
E. On February 7, 193, the Plaintiff’s fleet K (K, the permanent domicile: Singu L) died on February 7, 193, and the family heir M inherited the property solely, and M died on February 12, 1962 and N,O, P (the wife Q, R, S, and T, the children of which died on November 20, 1953) jointly inherited the property, and the subsequent inheritance relationship is as follows.
