Article 2 (Terms and Conditions of Contracts) "B" shall participate in the execution of construction by having the construction of the whole process of reinforced concrete molding works within the construction period among the Jinhae D works.

Article 3 (Scope and Contents of Construction) ① see Details and drawings: Underground, ground parking lots, common apartment - common installation and dismantling of fabre collection - cultivation of materials, disposal of materials - small transport in flaging sites, gymnasiums and tails (excluding underground floors) - Installation of studs and strings after completion of work - Installation of strings materials disposal and unloading of the top floor - Construction of apartment and studs outside pits of apartment complex (150 per cent for rooftop floor) - Construction of studs of apartment and office studs tower (150 per cent for rooftop floor) - Construction period of Article 4 (Construction Period) for each construction period of 27 December 2013 to August 31, 2014.

Article 5 (Contract Amount): ① Contract amount shall be settled in terms of contract details, and unit price contracts.

(2) A contract unit price - an underground parking lot: It shall be adjusted to be 17,00 won x 17,000 won, and actual work quantity.

- Ground parking lot: The area of a lot 】 17,00 square meters, the quantity: apartment house - the amount of 58,000 square meters: square meters x 58,000 won, the quantity: 4,736 square meters or more 1 to 236 square meters and waste disposal x 6,000 won. ③ The above agreed amount includes all the expenses to be borne as an operator for employees’ employment, such as materials and equipment expenses that are input to the site, wages of workers, food expenses, work hours, and overtime allowances, etc.

Article 6 (Payment of Price) (1) When there is an increase or decrease in quantity from the project owner or the original company during or after the execution of the above construction, the settlement shall be made without changing the unit price in accordance with the volume.

2. The above agreed amount shall be the drawings and specifications of "A" and "B".
