A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding six million won.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant is working as a police officer (s Assistant) to the Shipping Police Station investigation and a police officer (s Assistants) to which the D Team belongs, while performing his/her duty to investigate the case of complaint and accusation, the Defendant was under investigation by receiving dividends from F, who is the former husband, for fraud, etc. ( Case Number No. 2013-3820, hereinafter referred to as “the case of complaint”).

When the Defendant offers a bribe in connection with the investigation of a complaint case, he had the intention to demand a bribe to F while having the case handled favorably.

1.
