Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was well aware of the investigation and employees who are working in the Gyeonggi D police station information department (ranks): police officers (grades) who are in charge of the investigation of a complaint case.
Around January 201, the Defendant provided E with convenience, such as stating, “I would like to postpone the investigation until the agreement is reached, while being inspected at the D police station,” from A.S.
