1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 900,970,820 and the interest rate thereon from December 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On December 6, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the public auction to lease the fourth 2,087 square meters (the area was changed to 2,218.72 square meters; hereinafter “instant commercial building”) of the building indicated in the attached Table 1, which is a State property, as indicated in the attached Table 1.

The Defendants registered the business under the name of Defendant A with the trade name of “C” and operated the business jointly. The Defendants participated in the said bidding and were selected as the lessee in order to operate the wale in the instant building.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants on the commercial building of this case.

(2) The main contents of the lease agreement entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendants are as follows. The lease agreement was renewed or renewed each year from March 10, 2014 to March 9, 2015, and was concluded annual rents of KRW 684,854,890, and annual rents of KRW 684,947,630 from March 10, 2015 to March 9, 2016, and annual rents of KRW 684,947,630, and annual rents of KRW 684,947,630 from March 10, 2016 to March 9, 2017.

In addition, from March 10, 2014 to March 9, 2017, the Defendants concluded each lease agreement with the annual rent of KRW 5,963,740, and the annual rent of KRW 5,963,740 from March 10, 2015 to March 9, 2016, when they lease the instant commercial building and the storage together with the instant commercial building (hereinafter “instant building”).

(hereinafter referred to as “instant lease agreement” comprehensively including each of the above lease agreements on the instant commercial building and warehouse: The area of the area D (EJ 4 stories): The area of the land/building 2,087 square meters: The purpose of the area of land/building 2,087 square meters: The period of lease under Article 2 (Period) from March 10, 2013 to March 9, 2014.

Article 3 (Rents) Rents shall be KRW 638,132,00 (including value-added tax).

The rent referred to in Article 4 (Payment of Rent) shall be issued by the plaintiff.
