1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is to pay KRW 6,900,000 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its amount from August 6, 2013 to August 6, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 3, 2012, the Plaintiff received each contract from Nonparty Large Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Large Energy”) for “WET-SCRBER production installation works at the heating supply facility concentration reduction facilities” in the large energy plant No. 544, 200,000 in 20,000 (including VT) and the construction period from May 3, 2012 to August 31, 2012.
B. The Plaintiff awarded a subcontract to the Defendant on May 10, 2012 for the “HL emission reduction facilities/PP supply facilities/PP supply facilities in heat supply facilities” among the construction works that were contracted from large energy as above, as the price of KRW 32,450,00 (including VT) and the construction period from May 7, 2012 to August 15, 2012. However, on June 13, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to modify the terms and conditions of the “Fair Number of SPPPP” to “SPPPPPPPPPPP supply facilities” (including “1 cubic 3,300,000 cubic metres”) with the Defendant’s supply as the result of the contract.

The purpose of the instant contract is to provide the Plaintiff with the 11st unit (EST) PUP, and the specific terms and conditions of the contract stated in Article 4 of the instant contract are as follows.
