When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 U.S. beef co-operation, etc. organized a "National Countermeasure Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures Council") with a view to organizing a strike against full import of U.S. beef and beef in U.S. for the purpose of organizing a strike against full import of U.S. beef, claiming that "the phased import expansion agreement of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 would cause harm to the people's health as well as the stroke negotiation."

On June 27, 2008, from around 19:15 to 20:20, the countermeasures conference held a candlelight meeting in the presence of 3,50 people on the front side of the Taeduk Kuk-gu in front of the Taeduk-do.

In addition, the above 3,500 persons occupied, driven, and conducted a demonstration from 20:20 to 06:10 on June 28, 2008, in front of the Sejong-ro, B-rogining districts, strings, strings, and strings of Taepypin buildings.

On June 27, 2008, the defendant was actively together with the police, and was engaged in a demonstration with the police while occupying the road at Sejong Roster on June 27, 2008.
