In the above hospital, there were 154 instances in which serious disease patients with poor mobility were hospitalized from January 1, 2013 to May 1, 2014 (the phenomenon in which the supply of electricity is suspended due to the operation of a blocker connected to an electric cable with which electricity flows over the standards of electric wires) and 33 times in the malfunction and operation of fire-saving machines, 45 times in the total water supply.
