A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 5, 2013, the Defendant failed to pay a new card registered in the name of the Defendant five years before the date of payment, and received an application for specification of the property from the creditor of Busan District Court on June 5, 2013 from the creditor card corporation, which was the creditor of Busan District Court. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant was absent even after receiving a request for attendance on the specified date set by law No. 307 of the Busan District Court, and on July 27, 2016, the Defendant was detained in the custody order of the Defendant on June 27, 2016 (the Busan District Court Decision 2016Ma926, Busan District Court Decision 2016, Busan District Court Decision 2016) to deliver the card by mail to the debtor's detention house of Busan District Court on June 27, 2016.
1. On July 25, 2016, around July 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the Defendant’s residence located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, in a single-use carbon gas, 3, Razers, 2, and 1 dry-scale, which is an explosive object, in a paper bank; (b) was concealed into the outside chemical unit by inserting the same day into the Busan High-gu Office; (c) was concealed into the outside chemical unit; and (d) around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant, having the above paper bank up to the first floor inside the Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, with the aim of burning the gas into the front corridor of the search site; (d) did not cause a change in the depth and landscape by reporting other petitioners.
Accordingly, the defendant, by burning explosive objects, prepared to cause danger to human life, body or property, and infringed upon a building by carrying dangerous objects.
2. At around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant left the above paper bags containing butane gas, etc. from the first floor in the front corridor at the 1st floor of the Busan Court Complex on the same day, and kept them on his own.
