around 02:20 on February 26, 2013, the Defendant unlawfully used the other person’s resident registration number by informing the police officer F of the date of birth of other person G in order to conceal the details of fines on the part of the police officer requesting the presentation of his/her identification card, and attaching his/her signature and seal on his/her voluntary behavior document, even when the re-verification of the G resident registration number verified as a result of the resident inquiry by the resident inquiry council, even if it was confirmed, the Defendant illegally used the other person’s resident registration number, such as informing the police officer F of the details of fines on the part of the police officer

1.
