1. Facts of recognition;

A. Based on the Act on the Promotion of Restructuring of the Electric Power Industry, the Defendant: (a) transferred the headquarters from Seoul to YA on April 2, 2001 to a market-type public corporation established by dividing the Korea Electric Power Corporation into a market-type public corporation; and (b) on July 2015, the Plaintiff entered the Food Engineering Department of B (hereinafter “BG”) in March 2010 and graduated from February 18, 2018; (b) obtained the qualification as an industrial safety engineer on November 18, 2016; and (c) worked as the Defendantton from July 24, 2017 to September 22, 2017; and (d) thereafter, the Defendant entered the new employment support announcement in accordance with the first half of July 2017 and the first half of September 2018.

B. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant issued a new employee recruitment notice for the second half of the year 2017 (hereinafter “instant employment notice”) containing the following details (hereinafter “instant employment notice”).

(i) The period of public announcement of the recruitment of new employees for the latter part of the year 2017: ‘‘(17.10.26 (b) to 15:00 to 11.9 (b) to 15:00: the receipt period: ‘‘(17.10.27 (gold) to 15:0 to 11.9 (b) to 15:00: the receipt method shall be available only on the Internet - the website (httttp://www.co.co., Ltd. or on the job support website of the employment agency for the latter part of the year 2017;

2. Regular employment conditions (60 persons): Six limited employment (including six veterans) : - Class 1 employment at the graduate level 4 (B) regardless of the actual academic background - the timing of employment: the end of December 17.
