Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and the same year.

On February 15, 2012, the Defendant entered “B and C” in the applicant column for the re-issuance of the resident registration certificate at the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City Seocho-gu 3 Dong community service center, and forged an application form for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate in the name of B, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and submitted it to the employee of the above community service center who

On February 16, 2012, the Defendant entered the application form for the issuance of a cash card in the column for the applicant for the issuance of the cash card at the Daegu-do Branch of Daegu-do, Daegu-do, Agricultural Cooperative, with “B and C,” and forged an application form for the issuance of a cash card in the name of private document B, and submitted it to the said bank employees who may know the fact.

At the same time and place as above, the Defendant, using the cash card received as above, put the said cash card into the ATM device, which is the information processing unit managed by the said agricultural cooperative, and entered the amount of 4.2 million won and passwords without authority, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to 4.2 million won by transferring the said amount to the post office account in the name of the Defendant.
