The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant registered a game providing business establishment in the name of the Defendant in preparation for the crackdown with C, and had C operate the illegal game room in the name of “E amusement room” in the name of “E amusement room”, and the Defendant is an employee in the above game room, and C conspired to pay to the Defendant a sum of 200,000 won per day with the consideration for the name lending and the remuneration of employees.
