1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on March 6, 2014 by the above court with respect to distribution procedures case E by the Speaker District Court.

1. Presumed factual basis

A. On July 4, 2011, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against F for damages under this Court 201Gahap8406, and was sentenced on February 5, 2014 to the effect that “F shall pay to the Plaintiff 1,289,454,780 won per annum from September 7, 2011 to February 5, 2014; and that “F shall pay to the Plaintiff 5% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.” The above judgment was finalized on February 27, 2014.

B. F filed a lawsuit against C, G, and H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) on June 10, 201 with the Seoul Central District Court 201 Gohap5881 (principal claim), such as the return of unjust enrichment, etc., and the return of unjust enrichment 2013 Gohap45032 (Counterclaim) from the above court on December 10, 2013, “F” with the above court on December 10, 2013: “F; C, from November 3, 2009 to December 10, 2013; and C, from the following day to the date of full payment; and C, with the annual interest of 20% from the following day to December 10, 2013 to the date of full payment; H, with the annual interest of 1,728,438,373 won; and from September 21, 2013 to the date of full payment, with the said judgment of 3% from October 213, 2013.

On November 19, 2013, the Plaintiff filed an application for provisional seizure of F’s claim against H, C, and G with the content of provisional seizure of the claim against F’s claim against H, C, and G as the claim for damages against F. On November 19, 2013, the Plaintiff was issued a ruling on November 28, 2013 (Korean Government District Court 2013Kadan5113).

C and H deposited KRW 2,30,977,147,147 in the instant judgment, which ordered payment in the head of Suwon District Court No. 178 in January 22, 2014.

On March 6, 2014, the enforcement court prepared a distribution schedule with the content of distributing KRW 2,332,098,998 (hereinafter “the instant distribution schedule”) as follows.
