Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2015, at around 22:35, the Defendant suffered from the victim D (the age of 40) suffering from an injury that she was under the influence of alcohol due to an unforeseen cause on the front of the C main point in Gangseo-gun C, Gangwon-gun, and caused damage to the victim's face for about 10 days.
