1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The defendant is a public corporation with the aim of protecting the lives and property of the people from D and contributing to the development of the C industry by efficiently and systematically promoting C technology development and C management projects, and the plaintiff was working for the defendant from February 2, 2015 to December 8, 2014. 2) E is a person who was working for the defendant's president from January 19, 2015 to July 5, 2015. F is a person who was working for the defendant's human resources management personnel division from January 19, 2015 to July 5, 2015. G is a person who was working for the defendant's human resources management division of the defendant's human resources management division from January 9, 2014.
B. Defendant’s employment procedure 1) The Defendant employs new and experienced employees at least twice a year. The overall procedure consists of documents screening, writing screening, and interview screening, followed by the deliberation of the personnel committee, and followed by the president’s final decision, and each screening is not reflected in the sum of the following screening scores. 2) The interview screening is conducted for those who have passed the interview screening. 50% of the first job performance evaluation (hereinafter “the first interview”), 50% of the first job performance evaluation (hereinafter “the first interview”), 50% of the executives (director), and 50% of the second job basic ability of those who have participated as interview members (hereinafter “the second interview”), and the persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State and those who have rendered distinguished services to the State shall be granted additional points of 510% of the full scores to the persons with disabilities and those who have rendered distinguished services to the State.
3) If the points of each applicant are aggregated after the completion of the above interview, the personnel management division’s personnel management division shall submit the results to the personnel management committee as they are, and undergo deliberation. The personnel management committee shall deliberate on the “final deliberation on the selection of successful applicants” agenda presented as basic data, and recommend a person equivalent to two to four times the number of employees for each field, to the president of the Corporation. 4) The president shall be recommended by the personnel management committee.
