1. On August 2015, 2015, the Defendant stated to the Plaintiffs in the “political compensation amount” column as a result of the attached Table 1 appraisal.
Reasons
1. Details, etc. of ruling;
(a) Project name: AH housing redevelopment and rearrangement project (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”);
2) Project implementer: Public notice of project implementation authorization for Defendant 3: AI public notice of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 3, 2012
B. On June 26, 2015, the date of expropriation by the local Land Tribunal of Seoul Special Metropolitan City: (a) subject to expropriation on August 14, 2015: (b) subject to expropriation - Plaintiffs other than Plaintiffs AA, AB, AD, AE, AF, AF, and AG located in the Seoul mid-gu project area; and (b) each land or the surface obstacles thereof listed in the attached Table 2 owned by AJ (the Plaintiff is seeking an increase in compensation only for the land; (c) the entry of the land subject to expropriation is omitted. (Z is referred to as “each land of this case”; (c) the land subject to expropriation was filed on June 16, 2016; (d) the Plaintiff, his spouse, died on August 12, 2017; (e) the Plaintiff’s 3/9 shares; (e) the Plaintiff’s spouse, his/her children; (e) the Plaintiff’s death and the Plaintiff’s spouse’s 3/G appraisal corporation’s shares on the inheritance of each of this case.
C. Compensation for the Central Land Tribunal’s objection No. 1 on May 26, 2016: An appraisal corporation as indicated in the column for the amount of compensation by objection as a result of the attached Table 1 appraisal: An appraisal corporation: A flood appraisal corporation and an appraisal corporation for a stock company (hereinafter referred to as “appraisals for objection”) shall be deemed to be a result of the appraisal, and the result of the appraisal shall be deemed to be a result of the appraisal.
