At around 03:40 on September 18, 2018, the Defendant, at the front of the C convenience store located in Silung-si B, committed assaulting the victim E (E, South and 34 years of age) to block the above D, to stop the victim’s neck in front of the Defendant, to cut off the victim’s neck, by scambling the victim’s neck, and to stop the victim’s scam.
