A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) came to know that the victim’s son was assaulted by the victim D in front of the Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu; (b) assaulted D’s shoulder part by hand during the dispute with D; and (c) the victim E, who is the wife of D, committed assault by the victim E with his son’s son as his son’s son.
