Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 20, 2009 to October 2, 2013, served as the captain of the fishing village fraternity in the Danan-gun in Newan-gun (Seoul-gun), has been engaged in various tasks pertaining to the fishing village fraternity farming business, welfare for the members of the fishing village fraternity, management and enforcement of the fishing village fraternity funds.

On February 28, 2012, the Defendant received 569,895,570 won from the Newanan-gun to the FF account of the Defendant, the management account of the compensation for the fishing village fraternity C, from October 4, 2012, for the deposit of KRW 1,472,735,570 in the same name as E, G, H, and I, until October 4, 2012, paid KRW 1,472,735,570 to J, K, and L in the event of the village licensing site other than the above E, and paid the relevant compensation to J, K, and L, for the compensation for losses deposited in relation to E, KRW 1,164,120,570, the amount of compensation for losses caused by the above 35% of the compensation for losses between the village fraternity and the person holding the village village fraternity's license exercised contract, and paid KRW 491,364,7567,757.75

On November 13, 2012, the Defendant collected KRW 100,000,00 from the said C fishing village fraternity account on November 13, 2012, and embezzled KRW 79,110,00 from the said C fishing village fraternity account to the Agricultural Cooperative N account under one’s own name, and used KRW 79,110,00 for the funds related to the former mold and the O construction of a stock company from that time until September 9, 2013.
