A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:00 on October 15, 2013, the Defendant acquired one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (C) which is the victim’s possession, the victim B lost at the Southern-si bus terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu.

The Defendant did not follow the necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, and embezzled the goods that have taken possession of the victim as he/she had thought to possess.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;

A. On October 15, 2013, at around 20:47, the Defendant presented the victim, as if he/she was the owner of the said NowC Card at the “F” store in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Underground Store E’s management of the first floor victim E, and presented it to the victim as if he/she was the owner of the said NowC Card, and used the lost credit card by purchasing one punishment equivalent to 16,800 won at the market price from the victim and settling the payment with the said credit card, and received property by deceiving the victim.

B. On October 17, 2013, at around 20:44, the Defendant presented to the victim, as if he was the owner of the said Nonghyup F’s “F” book of the said victim E management, and presented it to the victim as if he was the owner of the said Nonghyup FC card, and used the lost credit card by purchasing two hybrids equivalent to KRW 33,800 at the market price from the victim, and settling it with the said credit card price, and received property by deceiving the victim.

C. On October 17, 2013, around 20:56, the Defendant presented to the victim as if he was the owner of the said NoCCCC Card at the Muari-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si (H)’s management of the first floor victim G, and used the lost credit card by purchasing from the victim the 33,000 won at the market price, and by settling the price with the said credit card, and received property by deceiving the victim.

The Defendant himself from October 17, 2013 to 21:15 on the same day at the “K” cosmetics in the victim J management in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
