Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2014, between 04:30 on April 12, 2014 and 06:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) acquired one copy of the czech Card, which was owned by the victim D, from the Yangcheon-gu Seoul apartment 105-dong playground.

The Defendant did not follow the necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, and embezzled the goods that have taken possession of the victim as he/she had thought to possess.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;

A. The Defendant, at around 06:40 on the same day, presented to the victim’s name unexploited victim, who is an employee in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, as if he was the owner of the said cream card, and then purchased tobacco, etc. equivalent to 60,400 won at the market price from the victim and received goods by deceiving the victim.

B. The Defendant, at around 07:30 on the same day, presented to the victim’s name-free victim, who is an employee of the same Gu, as he/she was the owner of the above 34,00 won tobacco, etc. at the market price of 44,00 won from the victim and received goods by deceiving the victim by using the lost credit card and paying the price with the above 4,00 won.

C. At around 10:15 on the same day, the Defendant presented to the victim, who is an employee, his/her employee, as if he/she had been the owner of the above Korean Scze Card, and then purchased tobacco, etc. equivalent to 47,050 won at the market price from the victim and received goods by deceiving the victim.

The defendant at around 10:22 on the same day, the victim M, who is a pharmacist in the same Gu K, has completed his/her own physical card.
