1. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant had its head office financing to the victim B for the need of money at the site of Ulsan redevelopment.

3 million won was lent to the effect that money will be repaid at the head office on the face of the week.

However, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the injured party, it was thought that it would be used for personal debt repayment, and there was no idea to use it at the redevelopment site, while there was no particular property or income at the time, and there was no intention or ability to repay it even if it was borrowed from the injured party.

As above, the Defendant, including by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 1,00,000 from the victim to the account in C’s name on the same day, and was delivered KRW 24,400,000 in total over 12 times from the same day to June 24, 2016 from the same day.

2. On July 13, 2016, the Defendant continued to change the land value to the victim’s “E site located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, about KRW 400 million.”

The contract deposit was entered into as KRW 100,000,000,000,000 each, and the remainder was charged as KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won was paid as the contract deposit. The purpose of the contract was that the remainder was paid as KRW 100,000,000.

However, in fact, even if the Defendant received the money from the injured party, he did not think that it would be used as a site down payment, but did not think that it would be used as a site down payment. On the other hand, he did not have any property or income but did not have any intention or ability to conclude a contract for the remaining down payment.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and thereby, 3,000,000 won from the victim's account under C's name on the same day.
