A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:40 on October 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found the victim D (n, 36 years of age) who was involved in the front corridor C, 102 503 dong 503 at this house; (b) opened the entrance several times for the victim’s face with durg, hand floor, and drinking, and (c) sustained injury, such as stress disorder, etc., on the other hand, as the victim walked on the part of the driver who was used on the floor for about four weeks; and (d) 7, 8, 000 Daes 23, 102 dong 503 dong 503.

Relevant legal provisions on criminal facts, Article 257(1) of the Criminal Act on the selection of punishment, grounds for sentencing of imprisonment [the scope of recommendation] general injury [the scope of recommendation] [no person subject to special sentencing] is found to be erroneous by the defendant [the decision of sentencing], and there is no past record of criminal punishment, but the defendant, who is the most known with the wife and the consciousness, was in a state of great mind in the body and mind of the victim by using a secret violence in the course of trying to hedge with the victim who was in a relationship with the victim when he/she was committed in the workplace, and thus, it is necessary to strictly punish the victim and his/her family members as long as the victim and his/her family members want not want their agreement and want to be punished strictly.

In light of the aforementioned circumstances, the punishment as ordered shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the following circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, sex, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the commission of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime.
