Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.191% on August 5, 2018, and around 02:15, the Defendant driven a D-to-purd vehicle on the road from around a restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name located in the Seocheon-dong, Busan to the front of the C-to-Yukcheon-do, Busan to approximately 50 meters away from around the 50-meter radius.
